Customer Requirements & Technical Demands Stairlifts require compact, high-performance actuators that operate within limited installation spaces while ensuring smooth and reliable motion. The key requirements for this project included: • Compact Design: The actuator needed to be installed inside the guide rail to optimize space utilization. • Customizable Speed Control: The extension speed needed to be faster than the stairlift's movement, ensuring synchronized operation, while the retraction speed had to be slower for safety and smooth performance. • Long Stroke Length: A 400mm stroke actuator was specified to accommodate the stairlift’s rail system.
