FAQ
ANTUATOR designs and manufactures linear electric actuators for automated industrial, medical, automotive, outdoor home and ergonomic equipment. We offer our customers complete, customised system solutions that can be easily integrated with other equipment and operated by simple control systems.
In order to meet your needs and provide you with the best and quickest assistance, below we have put together a few of the most frequently asked questions and answers that we hope will help give you a clearer direction for your ongoing project.
How do ANTUATOR electric linear actuators work?
ANTUATOR small electric actuator is by switching the motor forward and reverse, through the gear box deceleration drive screw nut rotation converted to telescopic rod linear motion
What is the voltage provided by ANTUATOR linear electric actuators?
Currently, we mainly provide DC voltage 12V and 24V.
What is the working mechanism of electric actuator?
ANTUATOR electric linear actuators work normally for 2 minutes and rest for 18 minutes.
What is the fastest speed of the electric linear motor?
We manufacture mini linear actuators with different speeds for different applications. At present, the fastest speed is ANT-52 electric actuator with 300N load and speed up to 55mm/s.
What is the maximum load of ANTUATOR linear actuator?
Each actuator we offer can be customized to meet your needs and can currently support up to 6,000 N of push or pull force.
What is the maximum stroke of the electric actuators?
Each actuator we offer can be customized to meet your needs. We offer a range of common strokes from 20mm to 500mm, with custom strokes currently available up to 900mm.
How to control the electric actuator stroke position?
Linear actuator travel position can be controlled by Hall encoder with controller.
Are the electric actuators dustproof or waterproof?
The electric actuators we offer are designed to meet the needs of different application environments, with waterproof joints at the leads and seals and oil seals at the telescopic rod and casing connections. We offer different dustproof and waterproof grades IP65, IP66, IP67M for selection to meet the use of outdoor rain or underwater operation.
What could cause a linear actuator to stop working?
The main structure of the electric actuator is composed of motor gear, screw, nut, casing, slide seat, housing and limit switch and other parts, any one of which may cause problems with the actuator does not work. The linear actuator does not work properly can be checked from the most important part (motor) first.when the power is on, the motor is not rotating, it may be that the motor is broken.
What is the warranty period for ANTUATOR linear actuators?
ANTUATOR electric linear actuators are generally warranted for 1 year, or 5 years for specific applications with less frequent use.
